Formation Services

Having been forming companies for many years, we take great pride in this area of our service to clients. We will keep the process simple and pain free by obtaining the necessary information from you by phone or email then providing you with your new company details and documentation to a high quality and fully compliant with the requirements of The Companies Act 2006.

Your company will generally be formed and all documents emailed to you within hours of your request.

Formation services include:

Registering your limited company, community interest company or limited liability partnership name with Companies House
Preparation of minutes and resolutions for your first Board or Partnership meeting
Providing the certificate of incorporation
Providing the Memorandum and Articles of Association or Partnership Agreement (including profit and capital sharing arrangements)
Providing share certificates to the shareholders as appropriate
Registering your company for PAYE, CIS and/or VAT as necessary
